- Complete Leg & Core workout as a class. Everyone works out together, no exceptions.
- When everyone is done, you can play both badminton or tennis. For the boys, I've set up a tourney for you to play in, try to get in all three matches this week, report your scores to me. Pro-set to 8, Ad scoring in the group stage. Top 2 advance from each group to the final tourney, bottom 2 will go into a separate tournament.
